Story Summary

During their supposedly romantic week at Judy's parents' underground guest house, the couple immerses themselves in farm work, tilling and replanting carrots in the small outdoor patch, but when talk of dinner and the glaring lack of manure both come up, Nick, with a mix of hunger and mischief gleaming in his eyes, boldly proposes a bold, vorish solution that intertwines both of their desires.
